2 1/4 tsp active dry yeast
1 cup warm milk
1/2 cup sugar
1/3 cup butter, melted

2 eggs
4 cups all-purpose flour
1/2 cup butter, softened
1 cup brown sugar
2 tbsp ground cinnamon

Instructions

Dissolve yeast in warm milk with a pinch of sugar.

In a large bowl, mix sugar, butter, salt, eggs, and flour with yeast mixture.

Roll out dough, spreading softened butter over it.
