Ingredients

1 cup brown sugar
2 tbsp water
6 tbsp butter
1/2 tsp salt
1/2 tsp cider vinegar
3/4 cup heavy cream
4 (12 oz) bottles cream soda

In a saucepan, combine brown sugar and water. Bring to a boil and cook until it reads 240°F on a candy thermometer.

Stir in butter, salt, vinegar, and 1/4 cup of heavy cream. Set aside to cool.

Beat the remaining cream until slightly thickened.

For each drink, mix 1/4 cup of sugar mixture with 12 oz cream soda. Top with whipped cream.
